Beijing Dangdai Art Fair 2026 Featured Works | Artistic Lineages and Coordinates

Beijing Dangdai Art Fair 2026 will take place from May 21 to 24 at Hall 11 of the National Agricultural Exhibition Center, with May 21 to 22 as VIP Preview Days and May 23 to 24 as Public Days. This edition’s featured works section, themed “Artistic Lineages and Coordinates,” focuses on iconic artists and their significant works within the trajectory of art development, presenting a kind of coordinate and pathway of artistic evolution through vertical historical inheritance and horizontal contemporary connections.

|Artistic Lineages and Coordinates

At the fair, one can not only take in the “ongoing present” of contemporary art, but also witness the profound “LAND TRACE” that art history has left upon the earth. These works, as visual archives of cultural processes in specific periods, have established their significant coordinate status through the sifting of academic and market dimensions.
